2010 SUMMIT

“Innovation”


On June 29, 2010, various dignitaries from the Spanish and American business world met again at the Universidad Europea de Madrid (Villaviciosa de Odón Campus – Madrid, Spain).

This meeting was chaired by Mariano Rajoy, President of the Spanish political party Partido Popular; Alan Solomont, United States Ambassador to Spain, and Cristina Garmendia, Chairwoman of the Spanish foundation for technological innovation Fundación COTEC.

The summit was also attended by Esperanza Aguirre, President of the Autonomous Community of Madrid; María Dolores de Cospedal, Secretary-General of the Spanish political party Partido Popular; Elvira Rodríguez, President of the Autonomous Parliament of Madrid (Asamblea de Madrid;) Cristóbal Montoro, Economy Coordinator of the Spanish political party Partido Popular; Ignacio Sánchez-Galán, Chairman of Iberdrola and Baldomero Falcones, Chairman of FCC.
